Server Rules
Rules governing all gameplay on DomainSMP. Read before connecting. Ignorance is not a defense.
By connecting to domainsmp.org you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to every rule on this page. "I didn't know" is not a valid defense.
01
General Conduct
1.1
Bannable
Harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination is strictly forbidden.
1.2
Permanent Ban
Threatening other players — DDoS threats, real-life threats, or blackmail — results in an immediate permanent ban.
1.3
Perm Ban — No Appeal
Doxxing — sharing a player's personal information (name, address, IP, social media) without consent — results in an immediate permanent ban with no appeal.
1.4
Bannable
Impersonating staff members in any capacity.
1.5
Bannable
Advertising other Minecraft servers or Discord servers without explicit staff permission.
1.6
Respect staff decisions. Disputes must be raised via a ticket in #general-support — not in public chat.

Allowed
The following are fully permitted. No player can be punished for these. The only protected zone is Spawn — everything else is fair game.
2.1
Allowed
Griefing — destroying or altering any build anywhere. No land claims exist on this server.
2.2
Allowed
PvP — killing other players everywhere except Spawn.
2.3
Allowed
Stealing — taking items from any container anywhere in the world.
2.4
Allowed
Raiding — destroying farms and bases anywhere.
2.5
Allowed
Alliances, faction wars, betrayals, and inter-player conflicts are part of the SMP experience.
2.6
Allowed
Traps — lava, pits, TNT — permitted anywhere outside Spawn.
2.7
Allowed
Player-to-player trading at any agreed price.

Forbidden
Prohibited without exception. Severe violations carry no warning — punishment is immediate.
3.1
14d → 30d → Perm
Cheating — any hacked client or modification providing an unfair advantage. Includes KillAura, Speed, X-Ray, Fly Hacks, Auto-Clicker, ESP. See §4 for the full mod policy.
3.2
7d → 14d → 30d
Bug exploitation — using any game bug, plugin exploit, or server glitch to gain an advantage. Report immediately (see §5).
3.3
Kick → 1d → 7d
Ghost blocks — placing blocks under yourself or in any restricted zone via any exploit.
3.4
Warn → 1d → 7d
AFK macros and bots — using macros, autoclickers, or bots to perform in-game actions while AFK.
3.5
Perm Ban — All Accounts
Ban evasion — joining on an alt to bypass an active ban or mute. All accounts permanently banned. VPNs are permitted, but using a VPN on an alt to evade a ban results in a blacklist.
3.6
Bannable
Account sharing — sharing or using someone else's account is not allowed.
3.7
Bannable
Real-money trading (RMT) — buying, selling, or trading in-game items or accounts for real currency outside the official store.
3.8
Kick → 1d → 7d
Lag machines — any construction or redstone contraption designed to intentionally reduce server TPS.
3.9
Items Wiped + 14d → Perm
Item or XP duplication of any kind. Report immediately if discovered.
3.10
Permanent Ban
Copying or recreating this server's plugins, configs, or systems is strictly prohibited.

When in doubt about a mod, ask staff before using it. Using a disallowed mod is treated as cheating under §3.1.

Bug Reporting
5.1
Report all bugs immediately via a ticket in #general-support on Discord. Include a description, reproduction steps, and any evidence.
5.2
Do not exploit a bug before reporting it. Even a single use may result in punishment. Reporting grants no immunity for prior exploitation.
5.3
Players who report significant bugs in good faith, without prior exploitation, may receive in-game rewards at Administration's discretion.

Chat
6.1
Mute
No spamming in global chat — repeated messages, character floods, or walls of text.
6.2
Mute
Excessive CAPS LOCK in global chat is not permitted.
6.3
Bannable
No posting of phishing links, scam links, or shock site links in any chat.
6.4
Use English in global chat. Other languages are permitted in private messages and party chat.

Builds & World
7.1
Bannable
Building at or around Spawn without staff permission is forbidden.
7.2
Floating trees, dirt pillars, and abandoned structures may be removed by staff without notice.
7.3
Bannable
Contraptions causing sustained server lag — non-togglable redstone clocks, overloaded mob farms — will be removed and may result in a ban.
7.4
Mob farms are subject to entity count limits per chunk. Farms exceeding the limit may be reset by staff.

Farms & Economy
8.1
All farms must have an accessible on/off toggle. Farms that cannot be disabled may be force-removed by staff.
8.2
Items Wiped + 14d → Perm
Duplication glitches of any kind are forbidden. Report them immediately (§5).
8.3
Bannable
Market price manipulation via multiple accounts or coordinated actions is forbidden.
8.4
All player trades are final and at your own risk. Staff will not refund items lost in scams.

Staff
9.1
Respect staff. Public disputes in chat are not permitted — open a ticket in #general-support.
9.2
Staff decisions are final. Do not contact multiple staff members about the same issue.
9.3
Requesting a punishment change in public chat may result in your punishment being extended.
9.4
Staff misconduct reports go to an OWNER or SR.ADMIN via private message with supporting evidence.
9.5
Player reports must be submitted via #player-report on Discord with the offending player's username, description of the violation, and evidence.
